The SMS Text feature allows you to send SMS text messages to users from within NPressive.
Before You Start
Please note the following before you send an SMS text message:
SMS Text is perfect for short, text-only messages—about 160 characters or less!
SMS Text does not support formatting or document attachments.
SMS Text is a "one-way" communication method; the sender will not be notified of a recipient's response.
Recipients can unsubscribe from future text communications when they reply STOP to any SMS Text.
How to Use
An Instance Owner or Admin should follow these steps:
First, navigate to the Member user, manual Grouping, Audience segment, or Event you wish to send a one-way SMS text blast.
From the SMS icon, select any option displayed.
Type your message in the Subject input, which will populate the SMS text body.
You may opt to personalize the message with the Personalize link.
If you have an additional copy you wish to display, add it to the message body. This content will only appear to the recipient after they select a link to view the full message with their mobile phone's web browser.
Press Send to queue up the message for delivery via SMS delivery method.
If you want to schedule the message, select the down arrow to the right of the Send button to reveal the Schedule Send option.
