Instance owners and admins may request support while logged into their instance. Their ticket is automagically routed to the first available support agent. If you forgot your unique instance URL, you may look it up here.

We offer several license tiers to meet the needs of organizations of all sizes, from large enterprises to small community groups. Every tier is highly affordably, ranging from a few dollars per user per month, to only 50 cents. You can view our current pricing here.

Your instance admin(s) is best situated to help answer your questions about their organization's NPressive instance. You can "Contact Admin" from the help menu while logged in. You can also "Provide Feedback" to us from this menu, too; we'd love to hear your ideas on how NPressive can be even more awesome!
