This article details how Instance Owners may permanently delete their instance portal and associated data.
Why Delete an Instance?
Deleting an instance is required to cancel future licensing billing. In addition, deleting the instance securely removes all stored data permanently, further protecting your organization and its users.
Deleting an instance is permanent and can NOT be reversed. If you would like options to store and/or access data, please contact NPressive Support while logged into your portal.
Instructions for Admins
Login as the Instance Owner/Billing Contact (e.g. http://portal.yourinstance.com/
Select the Settings tab (on desktop, in the lower left)
Select Manage Subscription tab
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and expand the Delete Instance accordion
Select Start Deletion button
You must complete the process within 5 minutes, which includes verifying your credentials to proceed.
Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email delivered to the Instance Owner/Billing Contact.
